Each time you enter a new address and we fetch the data points from government databases and other sources, that counts as one analysis. Viewing, editing or comparing previously analysed properties does not use an analysis.

Early access users will be notified before any changes. Your saved properties, scores, notes and comparisons will always remain accessible.
PropCompare currently supports NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA for automated environmental and land data. NT and TAS have limited coverage. We are working to expand this.
