PropCompare aggregates data from multiple sources and presents it as-is. Government datasets may not reflect the most recent changes to planning overlays, zoning amendments, or cadastral boundaries. AI-powered visual analysis (powerlines, T-junctions, main road classification) is probabilistic and may produce incorrect results. Proximity calculations are approximate straight-line distances and do not represent actual travel routes.
PropCompare does not independently verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy of any data displayed. Always conduct independent due diligence before making property investment decisions. See our Terms of Use for full disclaimers.
